Creating tension with diminished licks
In this lesson we are looking at a tension chord 'G7b9' and 5 diminished licks to be played over it.

Just as you can move diminished chords in intervals of 3 frets 'a minor 3rd' you can do the same with diminished licks.
This is because they are symetrical. (The notes remain the same content-wise but different position-wise within the chord or scale)
